Return and exchange policy
We accept returns and exchanges, maximum 10 days after you've received the product. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Delivery times
For national shipments (within Mexico), it is estimated 1 - 7 business days for delivery. For international shipments, an estimated 7-15 business days.
